Cancellations and Refund

Order Cancellation

•⁠  ⁠To cancel an order, please contact our customer support before the product is shipped.

•⁠  ⁠Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the order can only be processed through the return policy. 

Return Policy

•⁠  ⁠Returns are accepted only if the Customer Support Team is contacted within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible for return.

•⁠  ⁠Once the return is approved, our support team will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.

•⁠  ⁠A convenience fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount towards return processing.


Return Conditions

•⁠  ⁠Returns must be requested within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and box.

•⁠  ⁠Items returned without proper condition/packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

•⁠  ⁠Once the product is picked up, returned, and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed.

•⁠  ⁠Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) after deducting the ₹150 convenience fee.

•⁠  ⁠For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer at the time of return request.

Refund Timeline

•⁠  ⁠Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item passes quality checks. 

•⁠  ⁠Overall return and refund process may take upto 7 working days. 

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from us. If you would like to exchange a product, please review the guidelines below:

•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are accepted only if our Customer Support Team is contacted within 24 hours of delivery.

•⁠  ⁠Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

•⁠  ⁠Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or regular wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange.

•⁠  ⁠All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

•⁠  ⁠If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or higher value (with any price difference to be paid by you) or request a refund, which will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

A. Defective / Broken Products

•⁠  ⁠If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact our customer support immediately with an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the issue.
•⁠  ⁠Our team will review and arrange a replacement/refund as per the case.


B. Quality Assurance

•⁠  ⁠Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.

•⁠  ⁠However, to avoid inconvenience, we strongly advise customers to record a video while opening the package as proof in case of any disputes.


C. Customer Responsibility Disclaimer

•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at the time of order.

•⁠  ⁠We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery/pickup.

•⁠  ⁠If the reverse pickup attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the request may be automatically cancelled by the courier
